- Pay your rent on time. It is your responsibility to know when your rent is due. Either check back frequently, or keep reminders turned on. (Or both!)
- Any rentals more than 3 days over due will have all items in the shop returned. No exceptions.
- Recurring late payments will result in your shop items being returned within 24 hours. No exceptions.
- Please mind your Land Impact (LI) count. LI isn’t the same as the number of prims, and the rental meters will go by LI.
- If you regularly attend auctions, please be aware that cats set up for auctions count against your LI on the meters!
- Direct any inquiries to Tuney (Tuney Jules), or Kitty Kat (KittyKat Pawprint). We are the only staff directly involved with the rentals.
- You are limited to 2 shop rentals per person.
- If we find that you have more than 2, we will ask you to move everything into just 2 shops, and we will adjust the time on one of them to reflect the time from the shop you are leaving.
- If you do not reduce down to 2 shops, we will randomly select one of your shops and return everything in that shop to you, and you will not receive a refund.
- You are allowed to have co-tenants.
- If you can not figure out how to add a co-tenant, please contact Tuney or Kitty Kat to do that for you.
- Any breedables or items that are in your shop that are not owned by you or your co-tenant will be returned to their owner without any notice.
